Time Zones are an important part of your account and how we display your information. During account setup, we ask you to select your preferred time zone as part of your account profile so we can provide you the best experience and most accurate data for your needs.

How do we use the time zone?

  • For link reporting and statistics, all reporting is displayed based on your currently selected time zone set within your account profile. When you run reports, we display those reports based on your currently selected time zone. Your time zone can be set to be different than the time zone in which you are currently in. If you choose this setup, please keep this in mind and how it may impact your account as the selected time zone will always be used and honored.

    Note: your time zone may be changed at any time which will instantly change all reporting metrics and portal values to the respected time zone.

  • Most other account screens, we will display and store dates/times in your currently selected time zone. This would include expiration date/times for links, invoices, and other date and timestamps within your account.

  • For link expiration, links will expire based on your currently selected time zone.

  • For report sharing, all data and reports will be displayed in your selected time zone unless the individual you share your report with has a registered LookTiny account and is logged in. In these cases, we will display report data to honor their selected time zone.
